Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Custom and personalized engraving orders may require additional time depending on design approval and production.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


📦 U.S. Shipping

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Estimated delivery windows:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays or carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


Incorrect Address

Please confirm your shipping address before checkout.

Ordonez Engraving is not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

If tracking has no movement for 7+ days, contact us so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.

We proudly offer international shipping to select countries.


International Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.


Estimated Delivery Times

Typical delivery windows:

• Standard International: 7–21 business days

• Expedited International: 5–12 business days

 

Delivery may take longer due to customs processing or local courier delays.

International customers are responsible for all:

These are not included in the order total or shipping price.

Ordonez Engraving is not responsible for customs delays.


Tracking Information

Tracking is provided for all international shipments, but updates may slow once the package enters your country.


Delays, Lost, or Held Packages

We cannot control:

• Customs inspections

• Packages held by customs

• Local postal delays

If a package shows “delivered” in your country’s tracking system, we cannot issue refunds.

 

🏡 Local Pickup (Free)

Local pickup is available by appointment.

How it works:

1. Select Local Pickup at checkout.

2. Wait for a Ready for Pickup email or message.

3. We will coordinate a pickup time and location with you.

4. Bring your order confirmation when you arrive.

Local pickup is free and often the fastest option for local customers.
